Timetable and Passes

Please note that purchasing a Pass does not automatically book you into a class.

For Master Chen’s workshops, please book in first before you purchase a Pass. Please note, Saturday and Sunday sessions are fully booked and Passes are unavailable for that day. Please add your name to the waiting list or email info@risingmoontaichi.net for more information.

Class Suitability and Bookings

Bookings are essential for class planning, preparation, and participant safety. This allows us to ensure appropriate class sizes, venue arrangements, and support where required.

All new participants are required to create an account and complete the necessary enrolment requirements before attending their first class. This includes signing the Medical Waiver and providing relevant health information and emergency contact details. These requirements help us maintain a safe environment and respond appropriately should an emergency arise.

Participation in RMTC classes is subject to an assessment of suitability, taking into account the safety and wellbeing of the participant, other class members, and the practical requirements of instruction. We welcome people of all abilities and will make reasonable efforts to accommodate individual needs wherever possible.

Participants must be able to take part in a manner that is safe, does not create an unreasonable risk of injury to themselves or others, and does not significantly impact the learning experience of the group.

In some circumstances, alternative arrangements may be required to ensure a safe and positive experience for everyone involved. These may include attendance with a support person, modifications to activities, participation in a smaller group or private session, or postponing participation until suitable arrangements can be made.

Decisions regarding participation are based on safety considerations, supervision requirements, venue limitations, and the nature of the activity. They are made on an individual basis and are not determined solely by disability, age, or any other protected characteristic.

Our goal is to provide a safe, inclusive and enjoyable learning environment for all participants while ensuring that classes remain practical, safe, and beneficial for the group as a whole.
