Due to the overwhelming response to Master Chen’s workshops, we are excited to offer an additional training day on Monday 19th October. The morning session will be devoted to the complete Beijing 24 Form, with the afternoon focusing on the 42 International Form, providing participants with further opportunity to learn directly from Master Chen. Program Overview
This immersive program is designed as a progressive pathway, with each session building naturally on the previous one, while still offering valuable learning experiences as standalone classes.
Friday Morning: Partner work – sensitivity and application
Saturday: Internal cultivation → external expression
Sunday: Core mechanics → integrated form
Monday: Principles into Practice
Participants will gain a deeper understanding of Tai Chi principles across health, movement, and martial contexts, with clear connections between styles and practices.

Sunday 18th October (9:30am - 4:30pm) From Core Mechanics to Integrated Form
Morning: Chen Fundamentals
Silk reeling (spiral energy from the dantian)
Yin/Yang circles and continuity
Rooting, stability, and coordinated footwork
Fundamentals applied to 18 Chen Style Form
Afternoon: 42 International Form (or 42 Competition Form)
Integrating principles within a structured form
Working with energy changes through transitions
Refining flow, coordination, and intent
Please note that it is not necessary for participants to be familiar with Chen Style or the 42 Competition Form, as Master Chen will guide students progressively through the material in a clear and accessible way. Practitioners from all Tai Chi backgrounds are welcome and will benefit from the experience.

Full-day training exploring form and principles through practical, hands-on work. Each day offers a different focus while contributing to the overall program. Monday will focus on the complete Beijing 24 and 42 International form.
