Tai Chi Workshops - Tailored to Suit Your Needs

A Tai Chi workshop is a wonderful way to explore the many benefits of this ancient art in a relaxed, engaging, and supportive environment. Whether your group is interested in gentle movement, balance and coordination, stress management, mindfulness, or simply trying something new, each workshop can be tailored to suit your particular interests and requirements.

Workshops are suitable for all ages, levels of experience, and physical abilities. No prior Tai Chi experience is necessary, and sessions can be adapted for beginners through to more experienced practitioners.

Organising a workshop is easy. Simply arrange a suitable venue on the Mornington Peninsula and gather a minimum of eight participants. Sifu Jenny will come to you and deliver a professionally presented workshop lasting 2 hours, 3 hours, a half day, or a full day.

Regional workshops can also be arranged, with a minimum of 20 participants.
