Nurturing Staff Wellness Through Tai Chi
In these uncertain times, a holistic approach to the work environment is more important than ever but providing a suitable program can be complex and expensive. However, problems such as an appropriate venue, limiting numbers, and social distancing are a thing of the past with the availability of online learning. There are three ways for your staff to participate in online training: face to face, real-time classes through Zoom, or through our on demand program.
Here is an unsolicited response from a recent face to face workshop: On behalf of our team I wanted to reach out with a heartfelt thank you for facilitating such a special and interactive Tai Chi for our group this week! I recently debriefed with our camp team, and they had nothing but positive feedback. The participants and volunteers absolutely loved the session, and were so engaged and intrigued! Some participants who had been disengaged in all previous activities absolutely loved your activity, which is so special! The session you created was so amazing, and thank you for leaving those Animal Quality cards, we really appreciate it and will definitely be using them! We also wanted to thank you for being so accommodating and flexible when organising the session. We truly appreciate your support and hope to work with you in the future.

Online Learning Programme to Support Corporate Wellness
The subscription-based online videos are suitable for those who have always wanted to learn tai chi. The first videos introduce the various terminology, how to salute, how to remain in a strong stance, and how to relax and breathe. Separate warm-up videos, standing meditation, and Qigong exercises are perfect for beginner students. Postures of short forms are taught in an easy-to-follow sequence. Enjoy a 7-day free trial to assess if this program is suitable for your staff. With subscriptions just $13 a month (or $126 a year), this would be an extremely effective way to encourage staff to maintain work life balance. For a free trial, click here
real-time zoom sessions
Real-time Zoom sessions are the ideal alternative to face to face workshops and classes. There are no restrictions on numbers attending, only a small space is required and staff can logon from home or from the office.
Each session runs for 45 minutes and includes Qigong exercises, Shibashi and Tai Chi Postures. They are suitable for all levels of ability and experience and modifications are suggested for those with a limited range of movements.
