Yang Family 16 Form

This Form was developed by Yang Family Grandmasters. It is an unusual Form in that postures do not repeat. It is a compact Form, requiring very little space. It is based on the traditional Yang Long Form.

  3. Single Whip (L, facing W)

  4. Fist Under Elbow (facing W)

  5. White Crane Spreads its Wings (facing W)

  6. Brush Knee (L, facing W)

  7. Strum the Lute (facing W)

  8. Repulse Monkey (retreat with L foot, facing W)

  9. Strike the Tiger (L, facing S)

  10. Part Wild Horse’s Mane (facing NW)

  11. Punch to Groin (L, facing W))

  12. White Snake Darts Out Tongue (R, facing E)

  13. Parry, Block and Punch (facing E)

  14. Grasp Bird’s Tail (R, facing E)

  15. Cross Hands (facing N)
