Tai Chi Extravaganza 2025

Join us for a Tai Chi Extravaganza, where, over 8 half-hour sessions, we’ll explore bare hand tai chi and weapons forms.

Dabble in Daoyin and Tai Chi short forms and have a play with several weapons forms such as Bang (Wand), Short Stick, Sword and Fan. This event is suitable for everyone, from beginners through to advanced students. All forms will be modified to suit the 30 minutes teaching sessions.

If the whole day sounds too much, you can choose to attend only the morning session, or only the afternoon session.

Lunch: Bring a plate to share

Bring: Weapons if you have them, but if not, they will be provided. Snacks and drinks

Wear: RMTC uniform or loose, comfortable clothes and soft soled shoes
