Energy flows and it is all around us and within us.

We breathe air in and out of our body consciously or unconsciously

Our blood flows and circulates inside of us,

regenerating all the time

Using Tai Chi as a form of exercise, it assists us

with the flow of energy within us, creating improvement

into our wellbeing.

Tai Chi is a form, an art.

It flows with energy

As we improve this form in practice

As we become better in this art

so does our energy.

The picture of our personal life becomes then a Masterpiece.
